So long I’ve been here…Oh how I missed it !!
So good to be back..:) I have been very busy with REV
YES ..REV ??? What is it?? What does it stand for ??
Well REV = REVOLUTION = A youth ministry in it to change everything for JESUS and for his cause..A generation passionate aboute Jesus, people, church, community and Revolution…
We believe we serve a mighty GOD who can do Mighty things in us and through us !!
And love each young person and I ask that you pray for us !!

So lets continue on the devotionals on Psalm 119, and verse 9 just answers so many questions that it is one of my favorites…So enjoy and know that in the Word you will find everything u need, young, old no matter…GOD WILL SPEAK TO YOU !!!
And remember God dosen’t give everything you want , but He gives you what you need !
9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity?
By living according to your word.
10 I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your commands.
11 I have hidden your word in my heart
that I might not sin against you.
12 Praise be to you, Lord;
teach me your decrees.
13 With my lips I recount
all the laws that come from your mouth.
14 I rejoice in following your statutes
as one rejoices in great riches.
15 I meditate on your precepts
and consider your ways.
16 I delight in your decrees;
I will not neglect your word.

Today I sat and listened to some music and what I heard just let me angry and sad…
Why do guys sing so badly about women, why do they only want them to get naked and to have sex with them…
Why can’t they sing about loving them, respecting them, understanding them, waiting for them, wanting them to be pure, wanting them to be strong and to show their true value ….???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Why can’t our generation see that the more we listen to these things, and empower these people (by listening, buying, singing and whatever) the more we are detroying our generation ….
My prayer is today that God lifts up a changed generation, a generations that does not conform with this world, but has in their hearts decided to be different and shine GOD’S light and life !!!
PS.I dont like these kind of songs, but because I work with teens and youth so I need to know what they listen to and the song was Strip by Chris Brown just so u know…..
